We accept Paypal for online orders. You can also purchase by mailing in your check or money order.
Order Processing
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you immediately by email.
Mail Orders
You can mail us your order with a money order or cashier's check payable Missing Polynesia -Address 91-127 Puaina Pl, Honolulu Hi 96706. You must notify us immediately through email the item you want to purchase. We will contact you via email with a confirmation to Hold.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the listed international countries. All website pricing is listed in US dollars. All in-stock international orders are shipped within 2 business days and take 3-7 business days to deliver. And are shipped out through USPS.com

Not all shipping methods may be available. *Exact shipping prices are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process. *Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from your local customs service. Missing Polynesia is not responsible for any of these costs. *Tracking numbers are given upon request.
AUTHORIZATION: International orders may be required to fax/scan proof of being cardholder in order to prevent credit card fraud. Please Note: For security reasons International online purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit card and Billing and shipping address must match for international orders. All orders are reviewed for accuracy and fraud protection. International orders must provide security code for credit card transactions. U.S. based credit card holders may add an international address as an alternate ship to address as well.
Lost Packages: Shipments are shipped via USPS. In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Please note that claims apply only to insured packages. Lost Uninsured Packages are buyer's responsibility. Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly after 30days from shipment date. If tracking number shows delivered, there's nothing we can do. Will not be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost by the carrier.
